LMShare is a highly flexible learning management tool designed especially for protected and closed environments, remote locations and out-of-network individuals or small learner groups. It provides a mirror image of the parent training environment, extending access to training materials, learning administration tasks and courses, while being highly flexible to the needs of learners. Providing eLearning functionality beyond the traditional Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM®) player, the software functions as a standalone child Learning Management System (LMS) enabling users to track progress throughout entire course curriculums. LMShare can be used in a variety of settings such as on-site training, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and individual online learning. Configurable to integrate with any parent Learning Management System (LMS), it decreases availability restrictions, extending your system’s eLearning functionality to the entire training population.
The software’s user-friendly interface provides instant access to learning content and is fully customizable
Enable off-network users, whether individuals or groups, to continue their learning in completely secure training environments. Administrative access is restricted and access to set-up and configuration tools is completely insulated. When outside the firewall or out-of-network access, individuals can simply transport and access training content on their PCs. Groups of learners can utilize the child Learning Management System (LMS) network, or self-contained and fully secure local network, to manage training across the group.
For individuals and groups of learners with limited or no Internet access, LMShare provides access to courses and curriculums stored on location. Learners simply download the Learning Management System (LMS) software from a CD. Learning results and history are automatically uploaded when individuals connect to the parent Learning Management System (LMS).
The small (100 mb), downloadable learning management tool contains its own database. Content can be loaded onto individual computers or stored on a content-server. Unlike traditional downloadable SCORM players, LMShare enables users to access a number of courses in out of network training environments for extended periods of time. Regardless of the number of courses or users, the eLearning software can be downloaded from the Web or CD and ready for use.
A fully customizable user interface enables instant implementation. Modifications to the look and feel can be completed and deployed with easy-to-use stylesheets. The user interface is foolproof, tamper-proof and completely secure. Most functions are pre-configured. In larger groups, configuration steps are presented as the software loads, providing immediate availability upon completion of loading.
LMShare supports managed learning configurations for secure networks with three-level hierarchies for administration, department management and individual learners. At the top, a training manager performs basic administrative and learning management tasks; including content assignment, Instructor-Led training (ILT) scheduling and report generation. Training managers can monitor the entire learning population at the site or location. No training is required and every function is supported by an easy-to-follow configuration process. At the next level, group or department managers oversee individual learners in their respective units. Finally, individual learners may have department or group-specific learning plans, including learning curriculums.
Allow off-network users secure access to training materials. Supports individual learning. In a closed LAN, classroom, or remote area, provides support for content delivery, grade book, reporting, curriculum, Computer Based Training (CBT), Instructor-Led training (ILT) and calendaring.
Enable users with limited or no internet connection to access training courses and curriculum.
Download the 100mb, economical software package via the Web or from a CD. Clients may choose to package the Learning Management System (LMS) and content on a CD or DVD for easy distribution. The software is self-loading, fully configured and instantly ready-to-use.
Support extensive usage or large content files with a separate PC in the secure content network. Simply connect and employ eliminating the memory usage on the learner’s platform.
Establish training groups through a three-tier hierarchy to create self-contained secure networks.
Group leaders assign users unique codes, linked to his or her group, for easy training management
Support Computer Based Training (CBT) and Instructor-Led training (ILT). Curriculums can also be incorporated into remote learning. Easily schedule Instructor-Led training (ILT) sessions and automatically post to each learner’s calendar. Learning sequences and pre-requisites can be used as part of a curriculum managed by the software.
Group leaders securely access curriculum and setup training sessions via helpful wizards
Display all learning activities and requirements in a single view. Every learning task is just one click away from the main screen. Includes activities such as self-registration to content launch, testing and grading, and reporting.
Provide basic reports to training managers and group leaders. One click reports provide instant information on who is enrolled in what courses, how learners are progressing, and which courses are complete.
When working off-network, learning history is stored and then instantaneously uploaded
when connected to the parent Learning Management System (LMS)
Integrates and is configurable with any enterprise-class parent Learning Management System (LMS).
Upload all learner data to the parent Learning Management System (LMS) on demand or without request when the software connects to the parent Learning Management System (LMS). Utilizing a secure hierarchy, all learner data is stored on the senior trainer’s PC. Only one upload is needed to transfer all learner data.
